Negative : S + Did + Not + V1 + O + Last night/Two days a go/Yesterday*

Interrogative : Did + S + V1 + O + Last night/Two days a go/Yesterday*?
Usage:
The simple past tense indicates that an activity or situation began and ended at particular time in the past.
Example:
- I travelled to Madrid last year
- They did not (didn't) go to work two days a go
- She saw a nice movie yesterday afternoon.
- I cleaned my car last friday.
- Did you talk to your classmates last night?
Wh - questions:
What/When/Where/Who/Why/Which/Whom/How + Did + S + V1 + O?
Example :
1. A: What did you do last night?
B: I went to a bookstore and bought some boooks
2. A: Who did you go with?
B: I went there a lone
3. A: Why did you buy the books?
B: I bought them because I need them for my paper.
4. A: Which bookstore did you go to?
B: I went to James Bookstore
5. A: How did you go there?
B: I went there by motorcycle
(*) Adverb of Times with:
- Last.... : Last night, Last week, Last month, Last year, Last Monday and others
- ....ago : two days ago, a year ago, two hours ago. But, not Sunday ago or Friday ago.
- Yesterday..: Yesterday morning, Yesterday afternoon. But, not Yesterday night (yesterday night is Last night)
